Departure and arrival information
United flights depart from and arrive at Terminal 1. The United check-in counter and self check-in kiosks are available at Aisle G on Departure Level 7.
When arriving on a United flight, travelers will need to clear immigration, collect baggage and then proceed to Customs and Excise control. Travelers with items to declare should use the red channel. If you do not have items to declare, use the green channel. Taxis, buses and Airport Express trains are available on the arrival level for connections to city.
Downtown check-in
Same day check-in is available at Hong Kong and Kowloon Airport Express stations. Check-in counters open at 6:00 a.m. and close 90 minutes prior to flight departure.
United ticket counter
The United ticket counter is located at Aisle G on Departure Level 7 in Terminal 1. The ticket counter is open from 8:00a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
United ClubSM lounge
A United Club lounge is located on the West Concourse-Airside, Level 7, Room 7W504. The United Club lounge is open from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
Self check-in kiosks and bag drop counters New!
Customers with E-TicketsŪ can proceed directly to self check-in kiosks and may check their bags at bag drop counters conveniently located at Aisle G on Departure Level 7 at Terminal 1. Self check-in and bag drop are available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
