Free DayPass/United MileagePlus® Award Promotion:

Free DayPass:

• Promotion includes one free day of use within the first 60 days after activation of a T-Mobile HotSpot subscription or pay as you go plan. Not applicable to DayPass plan activations.
• Free DayPass expires 24 hours from first log-in or 60 days from the activation date, whichever is earlier.
• At expiration of free DayPass, your service plan will commence, and you will be automatically charged the rate of the plan you select.

• Requires activation of a T-Mobile HotSpot subscription plan by December 31, 2008. Not applicable to pay as you go or DayPass plan activations.
• Must be an existing MileagePlus member. Call 1-800-421-4655 to enroll.
• During the first year after plan commencement, Unlimited National-Annual or Month to Month plan subscribers in good standing will earn (a) 250 MileagePlus miles per month of paid service, and (b) 1,000 bonus miles every 6 months of paid service.
• Miles will be deposited into your MileagePlus account approximately 12 weeks after meeting the applicable requirements.
• Mileage awards are subject to the existing marketing arrangement between T-Mobile and United Air Lines, which may be terminated at any time without notice.
• The name on your MileagePlus account and your T-Mobile HotSpot account must match and your MileagePlus account number must be given at the time of purchase to participate in this program and earn miles. Early termination fee of up to $200 per subscription applies. Roaming available at participating locations; additional fee may be required. You may terminate service without paying any applicable early termination fee if within the first 30 days after plan commencement, you cancel service subject to the conditions in section 18 of the HotSpot Terms and Conditions. Even if you cancel Service, you must pay all service and usage charges incurred prior to cancellation. Subscribers who terminate before the end of their billing cycle will be charged for the entire month without proration. Applicable taxes, assessments, roaming and other fees and charges are additional.
• Unlimited National-Month to Month. $39.99 per month. Includes unlimited minutes and data transfer at all T-Mobile HotSpot locations. Term is month to month and is automatically renewed unless cancelled. Roaming available at participating locations; additional fee may be required. You may terminate service at any time without paying any early termination fee. Even if you cancel service, you must pay all service and usage charges incurred prior to cancellation. Subscribers who terminate before the end of their billing cycle will be charged for the entire month without proration. Applicable taxes, assessments, roaming and other fees and charges are additional.

• $9.99 charge for one day of use.
• DayPass will expire 24 hours after initial login or 120 days from date of purchase, whichever is earlier.
• Amounts paid for DayPasses are non-refundable.
• Roaming not available with this plan.

• For each login, $6.00 for the first 60 minutes, whether or not fully used; $0.10 per minute thereafter.
• All usage after the first 60 minutes of each login session is rounded up to the next full minute.
• Service connection (and billing) starts at the time you log on to the Service and does not end until you properly log off and the network terminates the connection (shortly after log off). If you (a) do not properly log off, (b) leave the coverage area during a session or (c) lose your connection for any reason, then billing will not terminate until at least several minutes after you lose your connection and you will be charged for this period of inactivity.
• Roaming not available with this plan.

• An 802.11b enabled device is required to access T-Mobile HotSpots.
• You acknowledge that the service is not inherently secure and that wireless communications can be intercepted by equipment and software designed for that purpose. Notwithstanding efforts to enhance security with respect to the service, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of these efforts and will not be liable to you or any other party for any lack of security that may result from your use of the service or your device. You acknowledge that you are responsible for taking such precautions and providing such security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the service. Please consult the T-Mobile HotSpot Security Statement posted on our website for additional information concerning the security of the service and steps you can take to enhance the security of the service. f you are roaming, T-Mobile cannot guarantee that your security measures will be compatible with or effective on the roaming network.
